# UMA Installation

## Install UMA 2

From the Addon Manager, click the **Install Package** button under the UMA 2 Integration Addon.  If you do not yet own UMA 2, click on the URL link to open it in the Unity Asset Store, and add it to your assets.

The Unity Package Manager should open in Unity.  If you do not see the UMA 2 package, click **My Assets** and then type "UMA 2" in the search box.  If you have not downloaded the package yet, click *Download*.  Then click the *Import* button.

When presented with the option, accept the defaults and click Import.

## Install the AnyRPG UMA Addon

Once UMA is installed, you will see the option to install the addon is now available.  If you have the [git CLI](https://git-scm.com/install/) installed, click the **Install AnyRPG UMA Addon** button, and the addon will be installed automatically.

If you do not want to intall git, you can click the URL link and download a zip file.  You will need to unzip it into the Addons folder shown in the CLI hint window.

Once the addon is installed, click the **Open Global Library Filters** button.

Remove all filters, so the UMA equipment in the addon can be found by the system.\

Click the **Open UMA Welcome Window** button to open the UMA Welcome window.

Click the **Rebuild Library after importing new version!** button.

UMA is now configured and ready to use.
